落基山行程<Don't waste your time in the Canadian Rockies>部分摘
Camony推荐的这本书，我初略的读一下，现在贴上部分摘要，供我们大家了解，可能会节省一些时间。也方便于大家讨论具体的行程安排细节，比如：吃饭、逛小城等。
不一定很准确，到时以复印书为准，只供现在参考，节省时间。具体内容我还会不断的增加和修改。
七月三十一日週五，上午五時出發。在Chilliwack及Kamloops吃早、午餐。預算四時到Jasper，在Whistlers Campground car camping。

开车到trailhead:
From the junction of Hwy 16 and Icefields Parkway,at the southwest edge of Jasper townsite, drive
the Parkway south 7.2km. Turn right(west) onto Hwy 93A and follow it south 5.3km. turn right onto
Edith Cavell Road and follow it 12.2km to the tonquin Valley(Astoria River) trailhead parking area,
just past the youth hostel. Elevation:1730m.

Drive the Icefields Parkway southeast 2.8km from the Icefield Centre, or northwest 1.9km from sunwapta pass. turn northeast toward Wilcox Creek campground. Trailhead parking is on your left, shortly after exiting the parkway. Elevation: 2040m.
步行沿途主要景观：
Columbia Icefield's Athabasca Glacier--->Wilcox Pass--->tangle creek--->MT. wilcox--->NIGEL Lake
八月三日週一離開營地驅車往Sunshine Ski Village parking lot, 乘搭 Banff Shuttle公司的shuttle bus 到Mt. Shark 的 Heliport 轉乘11:30am 的直升機到Assiniboine。在 Lake Margog Campground 作 base camp。

Begin near the #2 tentsite, at the northeast corner of Lake Magog campground.Elevation: 2190m. Follow the trail north,paralleling the stream.
Near tensites 25 and 26, and the bear-proof food storage, go right(north) and cross the stream. At the signed fork, proceed straight(west). About ten minutes from the #2 tentsite, reach Sunburst Lake, at 2230m, beneath the cliffs of the sunburst Peaks. Directly north is Nub Ridge and the Nublet. North-northwest is rounded Nub Peak. Directly north is Nub Ridge and the Nublet. North-northwest is rounded Nub Peak. They are connected by a rough ridge.
Continue northwest, bearing left where a trail joins from the right(east). soon reach the northeast shore of Cerulean Lake, at 1.9km. Mt.Watson(flat summit) is visible southwest. The Marshall is south-southwest, behind the ridge of Wedgewood Peak,which is south beyond Sunburst Peaks. The trail forks here at Cerulean Lake, Left rounds the lake's north and west shores, en route to Wedgwood Lake and Mitchell River. Go straight(north) for Elizabeth Lake and the Nub.
A moderate ascent leads to a signed junction at 2280m. Straight(north-northwest) is briefly level before dropping steeply to Elizabeth Lake then continuing to Ferro Pass via Sunburst Valley.(the lake is not visible from the junction and is only partially visible on the descent.) Turn sarply right(east) for the Nub. Afew minutes above, attain an improved view fo Cerulean Lake and The Marshall.
At 3.6km, 2392m, reach a junction in the saddle on Nub Ridge.A sign points back in the direction of Elizabeth Lake. sharp left ascends north to the Nublet. Right(Southeast),just five minutes farther, is a knoll affording a panoramic view. A trail continues down the far side of the knoll,reaching Mt.Assiniboine Lodge in about 3 km. In summer, yellow cinquefoil, moss campion, and alpine forget-me-nots brighten the knoll. The view is , of course, dominated by the Mt.Assiniboine massif. Most of the park's core area is visible as well,including Lake Magog and the lakes you recently hiked past:Sunurst and Cerulean.
From the junction in the saddle on Nub Ridge, it's a vigourous 15-minute ascent north to an even better view atop the Nublet,at 4.1km,2535m. For the ultimate vantage, proceed north-northwest to Nub Peak.
Expect a mild sense of exposure along the narrow ridge high above Elizabeth Lake. At 2625m, attain a broad slope where walking requires less care. Just keep aiming for the highpoint north-northwest.The view comprises Og Pass(north-east), Assiniboine Pass(east), and the forested approach to Ferro Pass(west).Wedgwood Lake(southwest) is increasingly visible as you ascend.
About 1.25hours after deparing the Nublet, top out on Nub Peak at 5.7km, 2548m. the view is awesome. Og Lake is north-northeast,Valley of the rocks north, even the traverse above upper simpson River valley is visible north-northwest. Ball Peak is distant northwest. Below you, south-west, are Nestor Creak and Mitchell Meadow. Also below you, northwest,are two small lakes in an otherwise hidden subalpine basin. Distant southeast,beyond Wonder Pass, are several big peaks in Kananaskis Country. South-southeast, slightly beyond and left of Mt.Assiniboine,is Eon Mtn.
八月四日週二，Lake Magog Campground hike past Gog Lake, over Wonder Pass to Wonder Pass view point。Continue to Marvel Lake & return. Round Trip 24km, elev gain 230m, hiking time 7 hrs。

At 4.4km, 2120m, reach another signed junction. Straigh(north) is the way to Og Lake, Valley of the rocks, Citadel Pass,and Sunshine village. Turn right(north-northeast) for Og Pass and Windy Ridge. The trail crosses Og Meadows.
Shortly beyond, bear left where the Assiniboine Pass horse trail forks right. Soon begin ascending north into forest.
Ascend among larches, cross a prolific alpine flower garden with a panoramic view,and continue up a steep talus slope.Crest Windy Ridge, a saddle on Og Mtn,at 10.2km, 2635m. On the east side, 427m directly below, is a blue tarn in a hanging valley. You can also see northeast down forested Brewster Valley. Look for Halfway Cabin on the edge of a meadow.
八月六日週四，Lake Magog Campground to Porcupine Campground 扎營。One way 16km, hiking time 5 to 6 hrs。或在Howard Douglas campground扎營。 One way 23.5 km, hiking time 10 hrs.
